Dishes where fresh fish dominates, with exquisite octopus and squid with anchovies, sea bass caught by a hook to the bream, the fried squid, fresh cuttlefish, all embellished by the aromas that grow wild throughout the territory: thyme, oregano and marjoram. With dishes such stature, the magnificent white wines of Cinque Terre become co-protagonists, like olive oil quality and unsurpassed lightness.<\/p>\n

The Cinque Terre are at the precipice of the sea, on a coast with many inlets and bays.
